For our guest convenience Avalon Resorts gives the options to our Avalon guest to purchase airport ground transportation for an additional fee of $ 26.00USD round trip per person; children using a seat will pay the same price; this service is available for Avalon Grand in Cancun, Avalon Baccara in Cancun and Avalon Reef Club at Isla Mujeres. For transportation reservations, hotel guest should submit the flight information at least 72 hours prior of the arrival date; if the flight information is not received with the time frame requested, the service will not be honored.

For our Resorts located in Cancun Hotel Zone, the transportation is from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport; for guests staying at Avalon Reef Club at Isla Mujeres, the transportation is from the airport to the Ultramar pier and from Ultramar pier to the airport. The cost of the transportation is $26.00USD per person in round trip.

Avalon guest staying in Avalon Grand Panama have the option to purchase ground transportation service for $40.00USD fee per person round trip airport-hotel-airport. Children using a seat will pay the same price. Please take the time to fill out the transportation registration form so that your transportation can be confirmed. Please note that it is very important to choose the correct resort. Please note arrival information is meant for the flight into your final destination city.
